Just a reminder that the journal Communication Law
& Policy is always looking for good material. This
journal largely publishes scholars from the field of
communication, but competes with law reviews for
material and, as a peer reviewed journal, is very highly
regarded. If you re not familiar with it, or want details
of how to submit a manuscript, see:

It publishes pieces using any type of research
methodology and is very broad in its definition
of what is appropriate for the subject matter.
It is also open to theoretical and speculative
pieces as well as traditional types of legal
analysis.
